One additional towel per guest is available free of charge.
Additional towels beyond this limit are available for an extra linen fee.

[Lost Room Key Card]
If you lose your room key card, please visit the Front Desk to have a replacement issued.
A replacement fee of ¥1,000 per key card will be charged.

There is no safety deposit box in the guest rooms.
